Shipping & Delivery Policy
Nothing is couriered. Here is how and when course access, downloads and live training reach you.
1. What we deliver and how
Hypermind Lab Private Limited sells services and digital products, not physical goods. Nothing is shipped by courier. Delivery means one of the following:
- Self-paced courses bought directly from us: access details are sent to the email address used at checkout, normally within minutes of a successful payment and in every case within 24 hours. Access is through the course platform named on the product page.
- Digital downloads (playbooks, libraries, templates): a download link is sent to the checkout email immediately after payment and remains valid for at least 30 days. Files can be re-sent on request.
- Courses bought on a third-party platform (for example Udemy): delivery is instant on that platform and governed by its terms.
- Corporate training, consulting, scriptwriting and keynotes: delivered on the dates, in the mode (in person, live virtual or hybrid) and at the location agreed in the proposal or statement of work. Workbooks and materials are shared digitally before or during the session.
2. Timelines
- Digital products and course access: within 24 hours of payment confirmation, usually immediately.
- Live programmes: as scheduled in writing. Rescheduling follows the Terms of Service.
- Where a payment is flagged for verification by the gateway or bank, delivery follows confirmation of the payment, and we will tell you if that takes longer than one business day.
3. If something does not arrive
Check the spam or promotions folder first; access emails come from an hypermindlab.in address. If nothing has arrived within 24 hours of payment, write to hello@hypermindlab.in with the payment reference and the email used at checkout, or call +91 7039032233. We re-send access the same business day. If we cannot deliver what you paid for, you are refunded in full under the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
4. Charges, taxes and territories
- There are no shipping or delivery charges on anything we sell.
- Prices shown in INR are for customers in India and attract GST as applicable; prices shown in other currencies are for customers outside India and are inclusive of any taxes we are required to collect.
- Digital products are available worldwide. In-person training is delivered in India unless agreed otherwise in writing; travel and stay for sessions outside the agreed location are as per the proposal.
